A Day in the Life of an RN Clinic Baxter

As an RN Clinic Baxter youll be pivotal in managing both direct and indirect patient care. You will conduct patient assessments educate on treatment plans and administer medications and vaccinations ensuring detailed documentation and compliance as per protocol. Challenges include multitasking in a dynamic environment and maintaining high standards of care under the rigorous guidelines of regulatory bodies. Your role facilitates critical communication linking patients physicians and other healthcare departments to optimize care coordination. Typically you will manage a variable caseload adapting daily based on patient needs and clinic schedules which requires flexibility and acute problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience

Required

• American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Minnesota RN license

Preferred

• Previous clinic nursing experience
