The Wound Care Registered Nurse is a key member of the Quality Department serving as a clinical expert in the prevention assessment and management of woundsincluding pressure injuriesacross the hospital setting. This position functions independently of frontline staffing assignments and focuses on hospital-wide performance improvement through proactive rounding consultation staff education and data-informed practice.
This role leads Quality initiatives to reduce hospital-acquired pressure injuries (HAPIs) ensures regulatory compliance and partners with interdisciplinary teams to elevate standards of care. The Wound Care RN supports frontline staff through coaching mentorship and education but does not carry a routine patient assignment.

Salary Range: $36.07-54.10/hour Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
