Description of the role:
The Collision Center Receptionist at Pines Auto Group will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the collision repair department.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments for customers and maintain appointment calendar
- Assist in processing paperwork invoices and payments related to collision repairs
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
