General Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator II is an integral and key staff member in the overall operation and services provided by Residential Living. This person serves as the first point of contact for students and families regarding departmental policies and processes. The Admin Coordinator must be able to handle the pressure of high-traffic situations along with multitasking.

The Administrative Coordinator II will work as support in the Office of Residential Living working with a variety of software programs. The Administrative Coordinator will be asked to answer a multi-line phone system greet customers run reports monitor all of the Res Living budgets manage and allocate the departments monthly expenses order office supplies and perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and strong experience with Microsoft Excel and data entry are necessary. Must be able to operate basic office equipment. Previous residence hall/student housing experiences are preferred. Applicants must be available to work year-round including the academic break periods while the University is open.
