Job Description
Shift / Region: APAC
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing communications etc.
- 5 years experience in bid/proposal roles
- Strong presentation and coordination skills
- Knowledge of RFP tools like Loopio Qvidian etc.
- Collaborative across teams and time zones
- Excellent project and time management
- Skilled in MS Word Excel PowerPoint; Adobe InDesign a plus
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Developing project plans tracking deadlines and coordinating proposal activities to ensure timely submissions.
- Content Development: Creating proposal shells templates and content including writing editing and formatting materials.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensuring proposals are consistent compliant with client requirements and adhere to brand standards.
- Content Management: Maintaining a library of proposal-related materials (content presentations case studies etc.) and managing version control of master documents.
