We are currently seeking a Client Onboarding & Operations Associate to join a newly established team responsible for streamlining client onboarding documentation handling and operational support across our product suite. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the financial services sector particularly within due diligence client lifecycle management and product operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review collect and organize documentation for client onboarding KYB checks and file evaluations.
- Carry out basic Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures and escalate concerns in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams including Compliance Risk and Product to resolve documentation queries and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining client profiles in internal systems and databases.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for customer-facing products including handling client queries and processing account updates.
- Track and log product-related data for internal reporting and performance analysis (e.g. usage support trends cost tracking).
- Support internal initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and streamlining workflows.
- Participate in customer communications and assist in executing operational or product-related outreach campaigns.
- Ensure all documentation and records are stored accurately and in line with compliance standards.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal SOPs and workflow documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal policies and regulatory obligations.
- Assist with audits reviews and project-based assignments as required.
- Carry out any additional administrative or operational duties as delegated by management.
- Offer suggestions for improving systems tools or processes within the department.
What Were Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations onboarding or administrative role within a regulated industry.
- Secondary education is required; O/A Levels are preferred.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively while working independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications particularly Outlook Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Able to handle sensitive data confidentially and responsibly.
- A team player comfortable working in a multicultural cross-functional environment.
- Open to change and enthusiastic about improving how things are done.
