Job Description
Reporting to the head of legal of this major property developer you will advise business units on property sales and tenancy matters including:
- Handling first hand sales transactions and reviewing deed of mutual covenants
- Reviewing property related documents including sale and purchase agreements and commercial leases
- Researching and property law and regulation updates to management
- Ad hoc in-house legal assistance
To qualify you should have:
- At least 8 years PQE with Hong Kong qualification gained with leading property practices in Hong Kong
- In-house experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and fluency in English and Chinese is required
