Job Description
This multinational corporation is hiring a senior legal counsel to join their regional team based in Hong Kong you will:
- Advise senior management/business units on the legal compliance risk and regulatory matters affecting their business operations in their Hong Kong and regional activities
- Liaise with regulatory/Government authorities as required regarding any investigations litigation and/or enquiries
- Review and draft commercial contracts
- Stay up to date on legal and regulatory updates
- Manage the advice sought from external counsel to provide commercial and practical solutions
Requirements
- 12-15 Years PQE qualified in Hong Kong/common law jurisdiction
- Technically sound with excellent law firm/in-house experience gained in the FMCG and/or retail/manufacturing sectors
- Proficient in drafting contracts and correspondence adeptly in both English and Chinese languages.
- Commercially savvy with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese languages
