Job Description
Our client a multinational commercial brand is hiring an Assistant Legal Counsel to join their Hong Kong based legal team and reporting to the head of legal:
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate review and draft sourcing and supply agreements and other legal documents and business contracts.
- Provide legal advice and support to various business units.
- Draft and review internal documents and policies to ensure alignment with legal requirements.
- Advise business units on legal issues while supporting projects.
Qualifications:
- Hong Kong qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
- Prior in-house experience gained in the logistics transportation and supply chain industries is preferred.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
