Our client a major law firm is currently seeking an IT Analyst to join their IT customer service team in the HK office.
Key Duties:
- Resolve incidents and escalate when needed.
- Communicate effectively with users.
- Update tickets in accordance with global standards.
- Independently handle laptop desktop PC and peripheral equipment configurations and troubleshooting.
- Maintain an asset inventory.
- Support audio-visual events and remote conferences.
- Manage service activities for new starters and leavers.
- Assist other IT teams in testing new software and upgrades.
- Act as a technology resource for industry trends.
- Identify and communicate operational risks to IT and firm management.
- Encourage continuous feedback within the team.
Qualifications :
- Professional certification or experience (e.g. MCDST qualification) preferred.
- A Certification preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in service desk and desktop support.
- Knowledge of the ITIL environment and processes.
- Proficient in Win10 Microsoft Office 2016 and legal applications.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory TCP/IP DNS DHCP and VPN.
- Expertise in desktop PC laptop printer and iPhone hardware support.
