Job Description

Our client a major law firm is currently seeking an IT Analyst to join their IT customer service team in the HK office.

Key Duties:

  • Resolve incidents and escalate when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with users.
  • Update tickets in accordance with global standards.
  • Independently handle laptop desktop PC and peripheral equipment configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain an asset inventory.
  • Support audio-visual events and remote conferences.
  • Manage service activities for new starters and leavers.
  • Assist other IT teams in testing new software and upgrades.
  • Act as a technology resource for industry trends.
  • Identify and communicate operational risks to IT and firm management.
  • Encourage continuous feedback within the team.

Qualifications :

  • Professional certification or experience (e.g. MCDST qualification) preferred.
  • A Certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in service desk and desktop support.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL environment and processes.
  • Proficient in Win10 Microsoft Office 2016 and legal applications.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory TCP/IP DNS DHCP and VPN.
  • Expertise in desktop PC laptop printer and iPhone hardware support.
