Our client a leading multinational law firm is currently looking for a Working Capital Controller to support its Working Capital team to manage billing and credit control.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the working capital cycle preparing monthly billing and collection forecasts
- Assisting in annual audits
- Managing client on-boarding and vendor setup
- Promoting pricing and profitability models
- Conducting regular meetings with partners handling financial inquiries and fostering relationships with finance contacts and BD teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in law firm is highly preferable
- Strong technical skills and working knowledge in Excel and Word
- Experience with Elite 3E is a plus
- Excellent written oral and presentation skills in English Cantonese and Mandarin
