Das sind deine Aufgaben
In deiner dreijhrigen Ausbildung als Kaufmann / Kauffrau fr Bromanagement (w/m/d) organisierst und koordinierst du unter anderembrowirtschaftliche sowie projekt- und auftragsbezogene Ablufe.
Du gewinnst umfassende Einblicke in die folgenden Bereiche:
Kundenbetreuung: Du bist der erste Kontaktpunkt fr unsere Kunden.
Rechnungswesen: Du erfhrst wie die Buchhaltung funktioniert und hilfst dabei Rechnungen zu erstellen und zu prfen.
Vertrieb: Du entdeckst wie du Verkaufsstrategien entwickelst und umsetzt und supportest unser Team dabei neue Kunden zu gewinnen.
Einkauf: Du lernst wie wir Waren und Dienstleistungen beschaffen und wirkst bei der Auswahl und Bestellung mit.
Du bist fester Bestandteil des Teams und untersttzt es im Daily Business.
Wir geben dir die Chance eigenstndig beispannenden Projektenmitzuarbeitenan Herausforderungen zu wachsenund ALD Automotive mitzugestalten.
Verbunden mit dem Ausbau deiner Soft Skills und deiner Business-Englischkenntnisse bereitest du dich bestmglich auf diebernahme von verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben nach der Ausbildungvor.
Das bringst du mit
Realschulabschluss Abschluss der Hheren Handelsschule oder Abitur
Spa an herausfordernden Aufgabenstellungen in einem dynamischen und komplexen Unternehmensumfeld
Begeisterung und Leidenschaft fr Automobile
Kaufmnnisches Grundverstndnis und idealerweise erste Kenntnisse der MS Office-Programme
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfhigkeiten in Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
