The Project
The Canberra Light Rail Joint Venture between CPB Contractors and John Holland is a major infrastructure project aimed at enhancing Canberras public transport network. This project will deliver significant upgrades and new infrastructure to support the growing needs of the community.
The project includes:
- Construction of new light rail lines and stations
- Upgrades to existing transport infrastructure
- Integration with other public transport systems
- Sustainable and innovative construction practices
Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Contract Administrator you will be part of the project commercial team and responsible for:
- Management of subcontractor claims for progress and variations through to final account
- Ensuring contracts and conditions are suitable to project interests and contract conditions
- Compilation of portions of head contract payment applications
- Month-end financial reporting
Minimum Requirements
- Well-developed experience within a contract administration or quantity surveying capacity
- Employment history that includes major construction projects
- Construction project experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Construction Management Accounting Quantity Surveying or a related field
