Elim Wellspring a Cassia community is hiringCulinary Assistantsto join our team in Princeton MN. This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry-level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting. No experience is needed as we will provide training to set you up for success.

Position Type: Part-Time
Shifts Available (Including every other weekend):
Evenings 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Wage Range: $16.23 / hour

Culinary Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents staff and families.
- Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
- Assist with transporting/ transferring residents in wheelchairs (training will be provided).
- Complete additional tasks as needed.
- Previous restaurant or healthcare experience preferred but not required!We will train!
- Ability to stand for length of shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be willing to work independently and be able to multitask.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
- Compassionate positive attitude and team player.
