Job Description
Are you a sales extraordinaire with a passion for customer service and a heart full of compassion This vibrant and welcoming practice is searching for a dedicated team member to ensure patients receive a 5-star experience while keeping the office running smoothly.
While previous optical sales experience is preferred it is not required. The team is eager to train the right person with a positive attitude exceptional customer service a helpful spirit and a love of learning.
Your Key Responsibilities as an Optical Sales Associate:
- Welcome and greet our customers warmly ensuring they feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.
- Spend quality time with customers helping them explore eyewear options educating them on lens features and facilitating fittings.
- Demonstrate empathy and a genuine understanding of customer needs to provide personalized service.
- Take accurate notes during customer consultations document preferences and recommendations and process orders efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and enhance the customer experience.
- Support the team by managing inventory restocking displays and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career within the optical field.

Requirements:
- Previous optical/eyewear sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent work ethic timekeeping and attendance.
- Efficiency effectiveness and a solid attention to detail in patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A desire for a long-term career and growth with the company.
