Job Description
As a Project Manager at the company you will lead complex engineering projects focused on water and wastewater collection conveyance distribution pumping and treatment systems. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping infrastructure in your local community while advancing your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and manage water/wastewater projects through all phases from planning to construction.
- Develop and maintain project scope schedule budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subconsultants to ensure project success.
- Oversee risk management extra work order requests and task proposals.
- Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor project teams through coaching feedback and performance management.
- Contribute to marketing efforts including proposal writing Go/No Go decisions and interviews.
- Prepare client presentations and progress reports and attend project financial meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Mechanical Environmental or Chemical Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- 10 years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering
- Proven experience delivering municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects from design through construction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication leadership and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment
