Job Description

Were hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers to run steady routes with weekly home time. If youre a new graduate we offer paid hands-on training to jumpstart your career.

Pay & Miles

  • Weekly Pay: $1300$1400
  • Mileage Pay: $0.80 CPM
  • Average Miles: 1400 per week
  • Extra Stop Pay: $20 per stop

Schedule & Freight

  • Home Time: Every weekend (48-hour reset)
  • Route Type: Regional
  • Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van
  • Equipment: Late-model sleeper trucks with modern safety features

CDL Graduate Program

  • Paid training: 46 weeks
  • Earn $650/week while you train
  • One-on-one mentorship with professional driver trainers
  • CDL school grads accepted (must have 120 hour certificate)

Hiring Requirements

  • 21 years old with valid CDL-A
  • 6 months of OTR experience or recent CDL graduate (120 hour certificate)

  • No unresolved SAP or DOT violations
