Job Description
Are you a passionate and compassionate Mental Health Therapist seeking a rewarding career in a supportive client-focused environment We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our behavioral health team in California City CA.
As a key member of our clinical team you will provide essential mental health counseling services to individuals couples and families helping clients navigate lifes challenges and improve their emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual group and/or family therapy sessions.
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each clients needs.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists case managers and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Support crisis intervention and provide referrals to community resources when needed.
Qualifications Required:
- Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Counseling or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
- Active licensure in California as an LCSW LMFT or LPC (or LPCC).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care evidence-based practices and culturally competent therapy.
