Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the hiring process conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns conducting investigations and promoting positive employee relations.
- Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations providing feedback and supporting employee development.
- Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other perks.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs coordinating workshops and supporting professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in Recruitment and Training preferably in an ISO-certified organization.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 (or relevant standards) and experience maintaining HR documentation for compliance is an advantage.
- Strong interviewing sourcing and talent assessment capabilities.
- Experience in training design delivery and evaluation.
- Excellent organizational documentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience using HRIS and Canva design
