Job Title: Chartered Building Services Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Chartered Building Services Manager to lead our building services operations for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive local experience and a strong background in managing building services within the contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design installation and maintenance of building services systems ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate building services into overall project plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients contractors and regulatory bodies.
- Manage project budgets schedules and resource allocation for building services.
- Implement innovative solutions for building services management including digital and automated systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Engineer status with HKIE (MICE or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building services management preferably within a contracting environment.
- Proficiency in managing large-scale construction projects including mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
- Local experience in Hong Kong is essential; HKID holder preferred.
- Strong understanding of relevant building codes and regulations.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and engage with stakeholders.
