Are you an experienced CNC Operator with a background in woodworking or furniture manufacturing Do you have hands-on experience with HOMAG machinery or a willingness to learn Were looking for a reliable and detail-focused CNC Operator to join our clients production team in Wellingborough.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Operating CNC machinery ideally HOMAG routers and edge banders to produce high-quality wood components
- Reading technical drawings and production specifications
- Performing basic machine setups adjustments and tool changes
- Carrying out quality checks using measuring tools and visual inspection
- Ensuring consistent output and reporting any machine faults or material issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with H&S standards
What Were Looking For:
- Previous CNC operating experience (HOMAG experience highly desirable)
- Confident interpreting technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Comfortable working on a rotating shift pattern
- Positive team-focused attitude and willingness to learn new systems
