Mechanic / MOT Tester
Up to 40000 Bonuses DOE

Were looking for a Mechanic with 4 years experience or a newly qualified MOT Tester to join a busy well-established garage in Benfleet. The role covers a mix of MOT testing general repairs and servicing across a variety of vehicles. Youll need to be confident managing your own workload while also working well as part of a small supportive team.
An MOT licence is not necessary as the client is very keen to train a new starter. Ideally you will be Level 3 qualified or have at least four years workshop experience full support and training can be provided to help you gain your MOT qualification.
About the Role:
This is a varied workshop role involving MOTs (if licensed) diagnostics servicing and repair work from brakes and clutches to suspension and general maintenance. The garage is fully equipped the work is steady and youll be trusted to get on with the job without being micromanaged.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 7:30 am 5:00 pm
Saturdays may be added down the line
Paid overtime available
Key Duties:
MOT testing (if qualified)
Servicing and repairs
General mechanical work across all types of vehicles
Keeping jobs clean tidy and safe
Key Requirements:
4 years garage experience
MOT licence preferred (not essential)
Full UK driving licence
Hands-on reliable and team-minded
