The Role:
As a Scrum Master you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies within our organization. You will facilitate Scrum Events empower the team to self-organize and remove impediments to help the team deliver value iteratively. Your primary focus will be on guiding the team towards continuous improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
Core Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum events like daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
Guide teams on Agile practices and ensure Scrum adherence.
Coach team members on Agile frameworks and best practices.
Remove external distractions and obstacles to support the team.
Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders.
Foster open communication and continuous improvement within the team.
Facilitate discussions decision-making and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the backlog effectively.
Create a fun open and learning environment for experimentation.
Guide capacity planning velocity improvement efficiency and predictability.
Partner with Agile coaches other Scrum Masters and leaders for transformation.
Lead change management at the team level.
Comfortable in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science or business
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
1-3 years experience as Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices.
Background in project management or software engineering.
Knowledge of software/hardware development and delivery processes.
Adaptability to change.
Experience with Agile tools like Jira Trello or similar
