We are seeking a friendly and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Consultant to join our Home Improvement team. In this role you will work directly with homeowners and decision makers to provide them with information about our clients home improvement services and help guide them through the enrollment process. Entry Level Customer Service Consultant Key Responsibilities:
- Assist retail customers by answering inquiries about our home improvement services and solutions
- Provide accurate and clear information on products services and promotions
- Guide customers through the enrollment process ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience
- Address customer questions and concerns offering solutions to meet their needs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet customer service and sales goals
Entry Level Customer Service Consultant Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of home improvement products or a willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
