The Opportunity: We are seeking skilled and passionate Software Developer to join our clients team in building a modern scalable platform. This role focuses on developing maintainable solutions using Kotlin React or Java while addressing complex challenges involving large-scale data global requirements and technology integration. The ideal candidate is technically curious eager to learn new technologies and committed to writing clean high-quality code.

- Role: Software Engineer
- Experience: 6-9 years
- Work Location: Phoenix AZ
- Project Duration: 12 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain software solutions using Kotlin React or Java.
- Collaborate on building a new platform that consolidates processes and data across multiple systems.
- Address technical challenges related to:
- Large-scale data processing and analysis.
- Diverse requirements across global regions and regulatory environments.
- Integration and modernization of fragmented technology systems.
- Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.
- Write clean efficient and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews testing and continuous integration activities.
- Mentor and support fellow developers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Professional experience developing software in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: Kotlin React/ReactJS or Java.
- Interest and willingness to learn additional technologies among Kotlin React and Java.
- Basic working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Googles big data technologies (e.g. BigQuery Dataflow) is a plus.
- Technically curious and committed to continuous learning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional competence in software engineering practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Desire and ability to lead mentor and share knowledge with others.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with OneApp or OneDLS platforms.
- Prior experience working in highly regulated or complex business environments.
