Grnges Americas Inc. is a leading producer of value-added primary aluminum products and rolled aluminum coils in North America. Grnges is the parent company who is a global aluminum company focused on rolled products for the heat exchanger industry. Our vision is to help create smaller lighter and more designable rolled aluminum products to increase economic efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
We have operations all over the world including production facilities located in Sweden United States and China. We currently have openings for entry level production team members at our Huntingdon Tennessee location.
Purpose
Entry level position performing general accounting duties invoice entry for A/P and support for customer invoicing function.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter vendor invoices into Dynamics AX and/or Medius Flow for payment. Research and correct errors that prohibit invoices from processing for payment. Research may include contacting the vendor procurement or receiving to resolve the issue.
- Prepare weekly ach and check runs as needed when the primary A/P coordinator is Out of the office.
- Prepare monthly sales tax returns for all 3 sites and assist with audits as needed.
- Aid the customer invoicing function including invoice entry into customer portals work up and enter customer credits look up FGTs for consignment billing etc.
- Work in a safe and healthy manner adhering to all safety rules and practices.
- Represent the companys core values of being committed action oriented and sustainable.
- Monitor and record all transactions for outside slitting
- Receive and track purchased reroll
- Review West plant data collection for completeness and accuracy
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
- CPA preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to coordinate and work cross-functionally
- Self-starter detail oriented and able to work well without continual supervision
