Job Summary
Summary
Responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients and overseeing the work of other occupational therapists. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Essential Functions
-Conducting assessments of patients physical cognitive and functional abilities to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
-Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address patients needs and goals.
-Providing ongoing therapy services to patients including but not limited to: running groups and providing individual sessions.
-Supervising and mentoring other occupational therapists to ensure high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
-Collaborating with other healthcare professionals including physicians nurses and social workers to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
-Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
-Participating in professional development opportunities and staying up-to-date with advances in occupational therapy research and practice.
-Contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives as needed.
Education
Masters Degree Occupational Therapy required

Class D Passenger Vehicle Drivers License State License - Generic - HR Only preferred Occupational Therapist State License - Generic - HR Only preferred
Experience
occupational therapist experience 3-5 years required experience in mental health is preferred
