Pay Rate/Range: $16/hr DOE
Description: In this role youll be answering incoming calls and helping customers in both English and Spanish. Youll transfer calls to the right team members keep accurate call logs and reports and flag any common issues or trends you notice to your supervisor. Its important to get familiar with our products and services so you can support customers effectivelydont worry well provide training along the way both online and in person. Youll also pitch in on company projects and help with general admin tasks as needed. A friendly professional phone presence is key and we count on you to follow our team guidelines and company values to help deliver great service every time.
Job Requirements: Fluent in both English and Spanish Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively and Basic computer skills and familiarity with call logging systems preferred
Job Type: Temporary
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:30pm-5:30pm
