Every year over 2000 assessment materialsquestion papers mark schemes modified large print papersare created checked and shipped out for students across the globe. Its a mammoth operation. And it needs someone who can keep the wheels turning without losing their cool (or their commas).
As an Assessment Coordinator youll be the glue between Assessment Managers Support Managers and Senior Associates. Youll wrangle Word docs paginate like a pro chase actions coordinate comments and make sure everything is where it should beon time every time.
Youll also be the kind of person who can spot a formatting error from 10 paces.
This isnt just administration. Its precision work. Its quality control. Its making sure that what lands on a students desk is fair accurate and error-free.
Youll be part of a team that champions assessment quality and best practice. Youll work across subject groupsEnglish Maths Science Humanities and moresupporting the creation of materials that genuinely shape futures.

Summary
The Assessment Coordinator works closely with Assessment Managers and Assessment Support Managers on the creation and delivery management of assessment materials following a rigid assessment material creation process and schedule. They are responsible for the basic layout and pagination for draft assessment materials and progressing these materials through production systems. They may provide administrative support to the wider team and support with effective running of meetings. They build exceptional relationships with our internal team relating to the creation and management of our assessment materials and work closely with Senior Associates agreeing actions with them and ensuring these are followed year over 2000 question papers assessment artefacts mark schemes and modified large print papers are papers are created quality assured and sent to press for domestic and international qualifications by teams across Assessment. These materials are sat by 100000s of students across three examination series and are pivotal part of their next step in education.Required Experience:
