Internal Sales Executive
Northampton
MonThurs: 9am5pm Fri: 9am4:30pm
28-30k DOE
We have partnered with a worldwide expert known for its high-quality sustainable products. They are looking for an internal sales executive to join the covering their sales order process and offering an un-rivalled customer experience.
Key Duties:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring repeat business.
- Handle sales inquiries provide technical support and prepare quotations.
- Process sales orders and keep customers updated on deliveries.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the external sales team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure outstanding customer service.
What You Bring:
- Experience in internal sales customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive results-driven mindsetknowledge of drainage systems is a plus!
- Access to your own transport is essential due to travel to and from sites.
