We are seeking an HR/LR professional to join our multifaceted team. Reporting to the Director HR Business Partners the Senior HR Business Partner operates in an integrated and dynamic business model to provide strategic-level human resource services to internal clients.
The Senior HR Business Partner collaborates with the departments senior leadership team to understand business strategy and priorities and translates those business needs into effective people strategies. This position guides a team of human resource professionals in building organizational capacity structures and processes supporting business areas to lead their workforce and increasing organizational effectiveness. It also provides comprehensive labour relations services in a demanding fast-paced environment.
