The role
- 2 positions available Fixed term (6 months) Full time
- Level 6 - $92025 to $99538 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- Bathurst Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga
You will support Charles Sturts strategic enrolment growth goals by ensuring the smooth efficient and quality-assured processing of international student applications. Youll manage daily workflows and help shape our international admissions procedures with a strong focus on customer service compliance and stakeholder engagement.

- Proven experience in a fast paced and dynamic customer service environment
- Detail oriented with strong organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to maximise sales conversions while adhering to relevant regulations
- Desire to make a meaningful impact on international student experiences
