Guardian is seeking an Operational Specialist to onboard new producers and ensure our distributors have the appropriate credentials to sell Guardian products.

Comfortable communicating with producers General Agents and agency staff via various ways (e.g. email & phone).

Be responsible for supporting producer contracting licensing appointment and FINRA registrations for the enterprise. Below are some of the tasks you will be asked to complete:
Analyze onboarding applications for accuracy and completeness.
Partner with Guardian General Agencies to onboard producers educate and train staff on processes and support the maintenance of their producers credentials.
Communicate approvals and /or requirements to all requestors.
Update all internal systems with accurate and timely information.
Adhere to compliance requirements by state and regulatory bodies.
Research state credentials and requirements as necessary
Reconcile producer appointment data with states.
Be the face of Guardian to our customers and end-users with a professional positive attitude.
Contribute to AC&Ls #800 by assisting our field partners with their licensing contracting and registration questions.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of Guardians products and services.
Collaborate with your team as necessary to assure that we are providing world class service to our customers.
Contribute to achieve team goals.
Bachelors Degree or 1- 2 years experience preferred in insurance industry or high-touch customer service environment.
Knowledge of insurance products and/or financial services preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience and a desire to be empowered problem solver and decision maker.
Strong collaboration with colleagues.
Exceptional and proactive communication skills and are confident to present ideas.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across a variety of assignments.
Comfortable learning and using proprietary computer applications.
Ability to use discretion and make decisions independently.
Salary Range:
$48170.00 - $72260.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education experience knowledge and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary this role may also be eligible for annual sales or other incentive compensation.
