Wells Fargo is seeking experienced professionals that are passionate about helping leaders lead successfully to join the new Manager Advisory team within Human Resources (HR) as a Manager Advisory Advisor. Do you believe that you have what it takes to provide HR advice in support of frontline to mid-level people managers partnering across HR when appropriate to educate equip and empower those managers to effectively lead their teams If so we want to hear from you!
In this role you will:
Provide advice and support to senior and mid-level leaders spanning a range of complexity to effectively lead and manage their teams
Review and analyze moderately complex people related issues that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors while leveraging solid understanding of policies procedures and compliance requirements
Advise business leaders by asking the right questions developing organizational and cultural knowledge sharing observations data and themes relating to specific human resources products and services in order to develop and implement human resources solutions
Identify trends and opportunities to proactively improve manager capability and effectiveness team effectiveness and employee engagement and partner with HR peers
Embrace the Human Resources Operating Model by proactively and effectively collaborating with partners to positively influence outcomes
Develop partnerships and actively collaborate with other business and functional areas such as risk legal communications and others as appropriate
Required Qualifications:
4 years of Human Resources Advisory experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
Desired Qualifications:
3 years-experience in two or more HR disciplines such as learning and development talent management compensation performance management employee relations payrolland benefits executive coaching or recruiting
Experience consulting with management business executives leadership and Human Resources partners on the interpretation of HR policies & processes
Experience in providing outstanding HR client support as a trusted business-focused results-oriented advisor
Experience providing outstanding customer service owning issues through resolution
Experience exercising independent judgment to assess issues make quick decisions implement solutions and influence change
Job Expectations:
This position will work a core schedule of 8:00 am 5:00 Mountain in order to support our West coast clients
This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
