Accountant / Accountants Executive / Finance Assistant / Finance and Customer Service Executive required to join a manufacturer of electronic safety lighting based in Norcross GA.
The Accountant / Accountants Executive / Finance Assistant / Finance and Customer Service Executive will have a minimum of 2 years finance or accounting experience or recently graduated from a 4 year accounting degree.
This role is a 50% finance functions and 50% customer service function for the business. The company head office is based in Germany and the US subsidiary now requires its own accounting function due to the growth.

Accountant / Accountants Executive / Finance Assistant / Finance and Customer Service Executive Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & ACH payment responsibility. Provide support to HQ Finance when requested for Accounts Receivable
Sales & Use tax changes with associated SAP updates Manage local & state jurisdiction tax codes
Insurances Local company cars Management of theUSA car fleet insurance and payments
US expense report processing USA travel & expense (T&E) book-keeping expense analysis and posting to SAP
Human Resources salary transactions and employment tax Provide support to HQ Finance when requested
Sales/Customer credit management Provide Support to HQ Finance when requested for D&B reporting setting-up new customers etc
Process customer quotes and converting to orders in SAP
Manage anomalies in the order item requests through collaboration with product marketing
Transition orders to warehouse work que for shipping and transact invoicing in SAP
Provide timely response to customer inquiries on price availability order and shipment status
Coordinate with Technical Sales Support on RMAs & product returns
Interface with HQ International Sales Team on internal production orders deliveries product compliancy issues
Provide support to Customer Service Manager when requested
Accountant / Accountants Executive / Finance Assistant / Finance and Customer Service Executive Requirements
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Experience with SAP is a critical skillset with quoting orders invoicing finance and accounting.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or a related field.
4 years of relevant accounting experience in a similar position such as Accountant / Accountants Executive / Finance Assistant / Finance and Customer Service Executive or similar
Strong customer service skills ability to communicate with all internal team members customers and clients.
Commutable to Norcross GA.
