Looking for a flexible people-focused role on campusHarvard Recreation managed by HealthFitness is hiring part-time Front Desk Attendants on campus in Cambridge MA. Be the friendly face that welcomes members and helps create a positive engaging environmenton your schedule.
Greet check-in and assist customers. Provides program information services membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. Other duties as-needed/assigned.Hours: 410 hours per week (minimum of 4 hours required)
Schedule: Flexible shifts available during operational hours:
- MondayFriday:6:00 AM 11:00 PM
- Weekends:9:00 AM 9:00 PM
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 90 days of hire. Note: certification must have an in-person component/OSHA compliant and not 100% online.
