We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Partner to take on a key role overseeing HR operations in Poland and supporting the development of a new competence hub in Krakow.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local labor laws drive talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives and collaborate closely with global HR teams. This position requires strong partnering skills a proactive approach to employee development and the ability to deliver on agreed people KPIs. Responsibilities:
- Participate in the establishment of the clients operations in Poland collaborating with relevant group functions and liaising with external HR advisory services.
- Coordinate the ramp-up of employees in partnership with respective functional business leads.
- Manage local onboarding activities following global standards.
- Support and coordinate talent acquisition activities in Poland in close collaboration with the specialist function in Copenhagen including contributing to recruitment strategies and assisting in the execution of end-to-end hiring processes as required.
- Ensure compliance and competitiveness with local labor market terms and conditions; collaborate with Global Reward to implement attractive and cost-efficient compensation models for Poland. Monitor trends and local market developments.
- Act as the HR representative in collaborations and partnerships with selected Polish educational institutions.
- Be an integrated member of the upcoming local client leadership team as well as the Global HR Business Partnering team and Global HR.
- Provide hands-on support during office ramp-up including HSE and office facility matters.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in HR structures.
- Proven track record with leading HR for an independent business legal entity in Poland.
- Preferably experience in establishing a hub setup a startup or a similar environment as the sole HR representative.
- Experience from working with a combination of HR Operations and Business Partnering.
- Preferably experience from working with competence hub employees (mainly engineers) rather than shared service centers.
- Hands-on experience with HR IS systems preferably SuccessFactors and EmployeeCentral.
- Problem-solver.
- Entrepreneurial mindset but well-structured.
- Professional and diligent but at the same time kind and collaborative.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written Polish and English.
- Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks will be appreciated.
