Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative scalable and secure technology solutions across diverse platforms. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand complex business requirements and translating them into effective technical architectures. The Solution Architect will influence technical strategy evaluate emerging technologies and ensure best practices to support the organizations digital transformation objectives delivering value through robust and sustainable solutions.
Software Requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of multiple technology platforms including mobile cloud IoT and blockchain.
- Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
- Familiarity with architecture design tools and modeling languages (e.g. UML ArchiMate).
- Experience evaluating selecting and integrating emerging technologies into enterprise solutions.
- Ability to develop detailed technical specifications design documentation and standards.
- Knowledge of code reviews system debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Overall Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and design comprehensive technology solutions.
- Develop detailed technical architectures standards and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct technology assessments feasibility studies and proofs of concept for new initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership during solution implementation ensuring design consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Lead and participate in code and architecture reviews to support system quality and maintainability.
- Stay current with technological advances and industry trends recommending strategic adoption to improve solutions.
- Offer technical support and mentorship to development teams aiding complex problem resolution.
- Ensure that solutions meet performance security compliance and scalability requirements.

Programming Languages:
- Essential: Knowledge of multiple programming languages such as Java Python or .
- Preferred: Experience with additional languages like Go C# or JavaScript for system integration and scripting.
Databases & Data Management:
- Experience designing and supporting databases such as Oracle SQL Server or NoSQL systems ensuring data integrity and performance.
Cloud Technologies:
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platformsespecially Microsoft Azure and/or AWSand their design patterns deployment and security features.
Frameworks & Libraries:
- Familiarity with microservices frameworks API management tools and integration platforms.
Development Tools & Methodologies:
- Proficiency with architecture modeling tools version control systems and project management methodologies.
- Experience with Agile Scrum and DevOps workflows.
Security & Compliance Protocols:
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices threat modeling and security standards relevant to cloud and enterprise systems.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development enterprise architecture or solution design.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions involving multiple platforms such as mobile cloud IoT or blockchain.
- Proven ability to lead architecture discussions review code and provide guidance to development teams.
- Demonstrated success working within cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Industry experience in finance healthcare or enterprise sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand technical and business challenges.
- Lead architecture design sessions creating models diagrams and documentation.
- Develop review and validate technical specifications and standards.
- Provide guidance during the development deployment and maintenance of solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues encountered during implementation.
- Conduct architecture reviews code reviews and quality assessments regularly.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent.
- Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g. TOGAF cloud certifications) are a plus.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale solution design and implementation.
