Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative scalable and secure technology solutions across diverse platforms. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand complex business requirements and translating them into effective technical architectures. The Solution Architect will influence technical strategy evaluate emerging technologies and ensure best practices to support the organizations digital transformation objectives delivering value through robust and sustainable solutions.
Software Requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of multiple technology platforms including mobile cloud IoT and blockchain.
- Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
- Familiarity with architecture design tools and modeling languages (e.g. UML ArchiMate).
- Experience evaluating selecting and integrating emerging technologies into enterprise solutions.
- Ability to develop detailed technical specifications design documentation and standards.
- Knowledge of code reviews system debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Overall Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and design comprehensive technology solutions.

Cloud Technologies:

Frameworks & Libraries:

Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development enterprise architecture or solution design.

- Demonstrated success working within cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Industry experience in finance healthcare or enterprise sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent.
- Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g. TOGAF cloud certifications) are a plus.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale solution design and implementation.
