Job Description
We are the leading player in the Energy sector in Greece. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and we constantly seek new waystomake them happy through our products & services. To further support our growth we are expanding our teams and we are seeking to recruit Athens based:
Product Energy Efficiency Specialist
The role will:
- Design new Energy Efficiency products and services for B2B and B2C customers.
- Manage related projects and act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan coordinate and oversee all project activities end to end.
- Develop and implement business plans to grow the Energy Efficiency portfolio.
- Define requirements oversee QA and UAT processes and evaluate results.
- Prepare technical specifications engineering calculations and cost estimates.
- Support contract management and propose beneficial terms and conditions.
- Conduct on-site visits when necessary to monitor and evaluate project progress.
- Train key users upon launch of new products or services.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities in the energy sector.
- Prepare regulatory reports related to Energy Efficiency.
Requirements
- BSc in Electrical Engineering Power Engineering Economics or a related technical or quantitative field. A Masters degree in any of the above disciplines will be considered an asset.
- At least 2 years of full cycle professional experience in the energy or technology sector in building and launching energy efficience innovative services.
- Prior experience in project management or IoT industry is a plus; familiarity with AI is considered an asset.
- Strong project management skills with solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent writing communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English.
