About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and driven Brand & Activation Manager to join our Foodservice Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager Foodservice this role is pivotal in executing brand and activation strategies that drive growth innovation and customer engagement. Youll lead the development and execution of brand plans manage NPD and EPD projects and bring our brands to life through trade shows demonstrations and customer-facing initiatives.

This hybrid role is based in Brisbane or Melbourne with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
  • Support the development of a 3-year marketing plan aligned with the Long-Term Plan (LTP).
  • Lead activation elements within the Marketing Plan including organizing and managing trade shows.
Innovation & Project Management
  • Manage NPD and EPD projects from concept to execution including cross-functional collaboration with Sales R&D and Production.
  • Develop compelling sales tools and customer presentations to support product launches.

Activation & Customer Engagement

  • Lead the planning and execution of trade shows demonstration days and wholesaler catalogue schedules.
  • Maintain and evolve trade presenter templates for use across the team.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage the marketing and activation budget ensuring alignment with financial targets.
  • Analyse sales performance and provide monthly reporting with actionable insights.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry (ideally time within Foodservice) with a track record of driving brand growth and market share.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in analysing P&Ls and sales data to inform strategy.
  • Budget management experience with a demonstrated ability to optimize spending and drive ROI.
  • Experience in the dairy or food industry is preferred but not essential.
