CAPITAL Ford of Hillsborough is looking for a customer-focused and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role youll serve as the primary liaison between our customers and service departmentdelivering a top-tier service experience while ensuring the efficient and accurate diagnosis and completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and consult with customers to assess their vehicle service and repair needs
- Clearly explain recommended services estimated costs and timelines to customers
- Schedule service appointments and manage shop workflow for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure prompt and accurate completion of work
- Address customer questions or concerns professionally aiming for first-visit resolution
- Perform preliminary inspections and gather vehicle information to assist technicians
- Maintain an organized clean and safe work area in accordance with dealership standards
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support the service team
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred
- Solid understanding of vehicle systems diagnostics and repair procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable using software platforms for estimating scheduling and invoicing
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
