EveryPay is fully owned by the Skroutz Group of companies and is both a Tech Company and a Regulated Financial Services Institution. Therefore you will be exposed to the world of the Tech Payments Sector and that of Financial Services.

The role

As a Business Analyst Customer Solutions youll be responsible for understanding and improving how our users interact with EveryPays products and services. You will map analyze and optimize customer journeysensuring our onboarding KYC merchant dashboards and support processes are frictionless and intuitive. Your work will help drive customer-centric innovation while aligning with business priorities and regulatory standards.

What you will be doing:

Customer Journey Analysis & Optimization

  • Ensure products deliver seamless secure and user-friendly experiences
  • Map and document end-to-end customer journeys across key touchpoints (e.g. onboarding KYC dashboard usage support)
  • Identify pain points bottlenecks and areas for enhancement through data analysis and stakeholder interviews
  • Recommend improvements based on usability studies feedback and performance metrics

Requirements Gathering & Functional Analysis

  • Work closely with stakeholders from Product Engineering Compliance and Operations to gather and define business requirements for customer-facing features
  • Translate high-level business goals into detailed functional specifications and user stories

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Monitor product performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Use customer feedback behavioral data and analytics tools to monitor product usage and customer satisfaction
  • Define KPIs and track the performance of key customer experience initiatives
  • Present insights and reports to senior stakeholders supporting prioritization and strategic planning

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with key stakeholders to shape roadmap decisions based on journey insights
  • Facilitate workshops or co-design sessions with internal teams to improve user experiences
  • Ensure journey changes align with EMI regulations risk protocols and data privacy standards

What you will need to succeed:

  • A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Masters degree or MBA is considered a plus
  • A proven track record of at least 5 years in business analysis or product management in a fintech payments or banking environment
  • Experience with the payment ecosystem specifically KYC and customer-facing products
  • Familiarity with EMIs and the regulatory environment for financial products
  • Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g. Jira Trello)
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong time management skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for fintech innovation
