Inside Parts Analyst II / Aftermarket Parts Coordinator / Customer Service Parts Specialist will support the Aftermarket Parts Manager by providing high-quality service and accurate order processing to ensure customer satisfaction across aftermarket parts sales.
Inside Parts Analyst II / Aftermarket Parts Coordinator / Customer Service Parts Specialist will collaborate with internal departments vendors and customers to quote source and manage parts inventory effectively.
An ideal Inside Parts Analyst II / Aftermarket Parts Coordinator / Customer Service Parts Specialist will bring strong attention to detail technical aptitude and customer-first communication skills to succeed in a fast-paced aftermarket environment.

Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Inside Parts Analyst II / Aftermarket Parts Coordinator / Customer Service Parts Specialist responsibilities:
Identify quote and sell aftermarket parts with accuracy and professionalism
Engage vendors to obtain competitive pricing securing a minimum of two quotes per component
Maintain inventory control through cycle counts replenishment and annual physical inventory
Collaborate with service sales and accounting teams to support parts needs and resolve open issues
Promote parts products develop customer relationships and identify new product opportunities
Process warranty claims and assist in addressing customer concerns with a service-oriented approach
Inside Parts Analyst II / Aftermarket Parts Coordinator / Customer Service Parts Specialist requirements:
High School Diploma required
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales customer service or parts support preferably in an industrial or aftermarket setting
Strong communication and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory/order systems
Self-motivated detail-oriented and dependable team player
