Our client DOMUMgroup is a construction and project management company based in Mougins and part of a group of premium design and architecture brands including DESIGNSET and Minotti Cannes. Job description
- Oversee and manage the successful delivery of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate and supervise on-site teams including internal workers and subcontractors
- Collaborate with in-house and external architects and designers to translate design intent into executable construction tasks
- Develop and implement daily weekly and long-term work schedules
- Communicate project goals and expectations clearly to the construction team
- Ensure quality control safety compliance and adherence to timelines and budgets
- Participate in progress meetings and report regularly to the CEO
- Engineering degree or equivalent in construction or civil engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven ability to manage teams control costs and deliver high-end projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English French and Russian
- Net monthly salary starting from 3500 depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses tied to successful project delivery
- Company car and work tools provided
- Workplace based in Mougins and/or on construction sites
