Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in promoting our services enhancing our brand visibility and engaging with clients through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media email and search engines.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and promotes our values.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and client workshops to foster community engagement and build relationships.
- Maintain the firm s online presence including website updates and management of social media accounts.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics social media management tools).
Desired Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role preferably in the legal or service industry.
- Experience in content creation and managing social media platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO PPC advertising and email marketing strategies.
