Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in commercial remodeling drywall and interior build-outs. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a variety of tenant improvement and renovation projects throughout the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate is highly organized proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
Responsibilities:

Plan coordinate and manage commercial construction projects including office remodels tenant improvements drywall and interior build-outs.

Oversee project scheduling subcontractor coordination budgeting procurement and on-site operations.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients architects vendors and subcontractors.

Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Review plans scopes of work and change orders.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with estimators superintendents and company leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain detailed documentation of project activities progress and financials.
Qualifications:
-
5 years of experience in commercial construction project management with a focus on remodeling drywall and interior build-outs.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and codes.

Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience working with commercial clients and subcontractors in the Phoenix market.

Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
