Bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish/English) In-Office

Salary: Base salary Bonuses
Potential Earnings: $90.000-100.000
Inspira Immigration Law is seeking a full-time Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing team in Boynton Beach Florida. This is an in-office role designed for a results-driven professional who is fluent in both Spanish and English and passionate about helping immigrant families through quality legal services.
About the Role
This position is focused on converting inbound leads into clients by guiding potential clients through our intake and consultation process. You ll be responsible for managing a pipeline of prospective cases building rapport with potential clients and consistently meeting monthly conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person consultations with potential clients
- Convert qualified leads into signed matters
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and case management systems
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with legal and intake staff to ensure seamless client onboarding
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (stronger Spanish preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Available to work on-site Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Professional persuasive and organized with strong follow-through skills
