Job Description

Your responsibilities:
- You coach and develop employees through demo reviews biweekly 1-on-1s group training sessions and personalized growth talks
- You maintain high process and quality standards by ensuring CRM hygiene providing feedback for sales process improvements and identifying optimization opportunities
- You support the sales team in handling complex deals offering guidance on stakeholder management pricing strategies and objection handling
- You lead your team by fostering a strong culture conducting daily check-ins and ensuring clear communication and motivation
- You ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments working closely with teams such as Customer Success and Marketing
About you:
- You have proven experience as a Team Lead in International Sales with a strong track record of leadership and team management
- You are ideally bilingual in Spanish and Italian; alternatively you have native proficiency in one language and C1/C2-level skills in the other
- You bring solid expertise and practical knowledge of HubSpot or similar as a CRM platform
- You demonstrate strategic thinking and a structured working style combined with a hands-on mentality; you are adept at managing customer relationships and leading teams effectively
