Job Description
Are you looking to start or grow your career in the insurance industry Were seeking a bilingual (English-Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our insurance office in Davie FL.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has their 4-40 Customer Representative License or for a motivated individual eager to get licensedwell help you obtain it and support your growth in the industry.
Schedule & Location
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- One Saturday per month
- Location: Davie FL
Tasks
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
- Assist with policy updates renewals and billing inquiries.
- Support clients in understanding their insurance options.
- Maintain accurate records in the company system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 4-40 License preferred but not requiredwell help you get it!
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- No prior insurance experience neededwe provide training.
