Job Title: PRT Science
Job Location: On-Site India
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging science lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards.
- Teach science subjects effectively to primary-level students.
- Implement hands-on experiments to enhance student understanding of scientific concepts.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and feedback.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving through interactive discussions.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate science concepts across subjects.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student performance and needs.
- Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to remain updated on educational best practices.
- Prepare and manage classroom materials and resources effectively.
- Implement safety protocols during science experiments and activities.
- Participate in school events and community outreach programs.
- Provide support and guidance to students in their academic pursuits.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Science Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification/license for primary education.
- Strong understanding of scientific principles and concepts.
- Previous teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Experience in using technology to enhance student learning.
- Knowledge of assessment methods and tools for student evaluation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students in science.
